How this event was assigned
Assigned event is a grouping rule, not a declared specialty: the event with the highest stored 2024 World Athletics result points wins. Ties use the number of stored results, then the event name alphabetically. Missing scores sort last. An athlete can race other events; this label does not say which event they trained for. The source’s 1,100-point floor and incomplete result collection can affect the assignment.

How these metrics are calculated
Each full week starts Monday in UTC. The medians use weeks with at least one stored Run. Distance is unavailable if any recorded run has missing or invalid distance. Real recorded zero distances are retained.
Run records may include separate warm-ups, repetitions, and cool-downs. Multiple records do not prove multiple sessions. Recorded run days count UTC dates with at least one Run.
Source warnings are shown, not silently excluded. Unknown or empty collections are not interpreted as zero training. No annual-week cutoff or P0 eligibility filter is used.
Calculation policy: p1-recorded-training-exploratory-v1.1. Dataset version and build date appear at the top of this profile.

Trust the Process. Workout: 2 mi. Warmup. Followed by:1-2-3-2-1-2-3-2-1-2-3 with 2 min jog in betweeen. Started at 5:15’s and worked down to 4:30’s. I could have ran in the Saucony Super Trainers, but I didn’t run in those or super shoes. I ran in strictly trainers (Saucony Ride 17) because I want as much resistance training as I possibly can before my next race in just a few weeks. I also had a few steep hills on the JRT between Draper and Bluffdale. (Ran the same exact route that Cipi and I ran yesterday for my workout today.) then CD. Ran this workout with Jesus Christ. Felt incredible. |

Run with Cipi Such an incredible guy. Grateful he is my roommate. I swear I learn so much from him every single day. When I think I know him, I still learn something new and new about him every single day. We had a run focusing on gratitude and man is this guy grateful for life. I’m grateful I get to spend the holidays with him. |

Rome wasn’t built in a day. WU, 6mile tempo at 5flat’s. Coach told me it was okay if I was off a few seconds just because I’m still trying to get back in the swing of things. I can tell I’m still coming back, but like coach said, as long as I got the effort in that’s good. Then CD. Saucony Rides for WU/CD. Ran in the Saucony Endorphin Elites in the workout. |

Just signed Pro with Saucony: Dreams really do come true. 🔥❤️😭 God has just been so good to me. Workout: 5x2k. Where do I start? I ask, “how many of these are we doing?” Clayton says, “we’re doing 20x2k.” He then proceeded to confirm that it was a joke. I really thought we were at first and just went with it. Conner and Clayton were doing 6, but Coach Wood told me to go one less because I’m pacing a mile of the 3k later today at a race at BYU. This was a tough one, not gonna lie. I stayed right with Mantz and Clayton the first 3 reps of the 2ks, and then started to fade. I asked Coach Eyestone if I could sit one out and try to make solidarity with the last rep. He said yes. I don’t think he expected me to come back for the last one. While preparing for the last rep, Kenneth Rooks was bearing his testimony to me on how he had seen God’s hand in his life and how it has encouraged him to keep going. It inspired me so much to keep going. When I got tired, Conner looked back at me and said, “come on JQ, we just have 200 left.” That brought so much joy to me and pushed me. Habs was cheering me on and then Courtney Frerichs started cheering me on in between reps. I felt so included; this workout definitely tested me some and I absolutely needed that if I want to bring these times down in these next few races. I can see even more why running is a job, but I’m so excited to keep going and get better. I’m also even more excited to train with them more. I probably won’t be leading any of these reps for a while, but I do believe if God brought me this far, He will help me get up there more so that I will eventually be able to help exchange leads, when I’m fitter. God is great! :) ❤️ |

Pushing My Limits. 2.5 mile WU, then 3x(5-4-3-2-1) with 2 mins jog in between everything. Then about a mile cooldown. The first set I did with the team. Last 2 sets, God and I just grinded it together. One thing I really liked about this workout is that it taught me to have fun, run relaxed and to never be complacent. I really want to do get better and make it to those world stages. I felt relaxed all the way through so it shows I’m getting back in shape. Coach Wood really knows what he’s doing and I’m glad to still be training under him as a pro. I have the best team to train with as well. My biggest goal is to stay healthy, happy, mentally strong and fit. I think if I can continue to keep my mental health at an ease, the physical aspects will take care of themselves. 💜 For the warmup and cooldown, I ran in the Saucony Ride 17’s; for the workout itself, I ran in the Saucony Endorphin Elites. :) |
